We're not 100% convinced there's a catch-all definition for what we do... sustainable design?

We know it's design done with the right values though: fewer resources, fewer materials and a better outcome.

Which isn't to say it's any less of a process, it's just a smarter way to work, with a more explicit link between what we use and what we end up with. HIghly creative, thoughtful.

Ginny and Dave Read own the beautiful Boslinney Barn B&B between Mevagissey and Gorran Haven. This is the journey they took with Leap to build a new website to whet visitors' appetites for their retreat away from it all.

Leap collects re-accreditation of Big Tick

On 10th June Leap had the great honour of holding station for the second year running amongst some of the great British companies, when it was re-accredited at the annual Business in the Community Awards for Excellence.

Chris posted 06/09/2010Design for Change contestAfter Matt and my involvement with the Dott Cornwall Eco Design Challenge, the Design for Change contest is now being supported by the UK Design Council. Originating in India, the contest is the largest of its kind and asks children to design solutions for problems that they encounter in their lives, schools, neighbourhoods or communities. Implement these solutions in a week, document their work and send it in... it's that simple!

Matt had a great six-course meal on Sunday with added interludes of creativity. Wednesday saw the launch of Dick and James' new book at the Eden Project.
